It is wind and water resistant. Features stand up collar, full length zip up front with under laid wind script, zip up pockets, reflectors and feminine print on sides/sleeves. The sleeves have velcro fasteners to ensure a snug fit. This jacket is highly breathable with optimal moisture management. Available in black/hawaiian ocean.
