The lightweight and sleek Control asphalt pad offers excellent improved grip. The Control asphalt pad provides maximum grip throughout all stages of the pole cadence. The pad effectively absorbs pole impact when walking on hard surfaces. The asphalt pad should be removed when used on less concrete surfaces, such as grass or dirt. In addition the spiketip works best in wintry conditions such as ice and snow without the pad. Please keep in mind that the asphalt pads gradually wear and should be replaced when there is very little surface material left. Sold as a pair.
